Slammin' design for a USB hub from Belkin.

Now that's a cool use of useless space. That three inch wide hole in your desk for the 1/4 inch space you cords need could soon actually hold something useful.  Belkin's In-Desk USB Hub takes practical design up a notch with a powered USB hub.  Well, maybe you use that hole for your thrice daily Big Gulp or that Venti cup of coffee.  Even so, we like inventive designs particularly when they go the extra step, like leaving room for the existing cords going down that hole.

Your desk is hole-less.  Belkin suggests:

Note: If your desk does not have a pre-drilled hole in it, you can drill one yourself using a 3-inch hole saw (requires separate purchase, not from Belkin).

Count me in! First I get to buy/use a 3-inch hole saw, then I get to buy another gadget.
