Samsung squeezes a lot into its microSD card
The 8GB microSD card from Samsung has immense storage capabilities.
| With Samsung coming up with its latest 8GB microSD card, a revolution of sorts is in the offing in the memory cards market. Flash memory had already brought about incredible changes in the way we store data and with its new product, Samsung has proved that there’s no limit in squeezing memory and more is possible. The Samsung microSD card features a write speed of 8MB/sec which is quadruple the amount posted by older cards. Great for those who substitute their iPods with cellphones as 8GB can hold up to 2,000 songs on average, keeping you entertained for hours on end. Pricing details and a release date have yet to be confirmed. |
