Syntax-Brillian rolls out its giant 65-inch LCD TV
Syntax-Brillian joined the huge-screen LCD club with the launch of its Olevia 665i 1080p LCD TV
For years, nay decades, television manufacturers had an insurmountable obstacle as far as screen size was concerned.
With the limitations of analog technology, they couldn’t go beyond a 29-inch screen display without compromising on picture quality. Now, thanks to digital technology and its offshoots like LCD and plasma display technologies, there’s been an upward mobility as far as screen size is concerned. Players, big and small, are coming out with bigger displays in the market. Joining the huge-screen LCD club is Syntax-Brillian with its 65-inch 1080p LCD TV.

Syntax-Brillian has introduced its Olevia 665i LCD TV at the InfoComm exhibition in Anaheim, Calif. With its acclaimed Silicon Optics Realta HQV video processor, picture resolution is impressive and the 65-incher comes with a full complement of inputs (2 HDMI, 2 Component, Composite and VGA inputs) so that you can hook it for any of your display needs. It is expected to hit the retail outlets in October 2007 with a price tag of $10,000. Since you won't be able to afford to buy any movies after that hit to the wallet, you can always watch YouTube videos through your Apple TV.
