Stylish concept clock for the visually impaired from Swatch
Swatch’s concept clock, Sens Time by Touch, is a very fashionable device. Ironically, it has been designed by Arnaud Lapierre keeping the visually impaired in mind, who’ll never get to see its beauty.
Aesthetics apart, it’s a very practicable piece for the visually impaired. The outermost surface of this device serves as the calibration point with a Braille twelve-hour marker and there are three concentric circles (two ceramic and one plastic) in the device. |

The time is denoted depending on the distance the two ceramic circles are from the twelve-hour marker. The plastic ring is used to set the alarm using the same principal.
Combining style and functionality, this ceramic timepiece can be a good showpiece in your drawing room.
