I own a Direct Mail Service Provider (I mail for other companies and organizations) and my Plan B means hiring someone to take over the current business that is marking 11 years of success (have hired someone who is a novice but a strong desire to succeed in a business of his own), do a direct mail campaign to interest people to bring mailing equipment and software (or use my service bureau) into their existing operation in locations throughout America. Most or all have never seen direct mail software and most have no or limited knowledge of how to use MS Word, Excel or Access to do a mail merge. Using Zolved Remote Control, we can (or should) be able to work together regardless of where Plan B takes me and allow me to work with the person who is in the process of taking over my existing business. Thanks again for the help, my ipod games are working now. For anyone else with the problem, do a cold boot (just turn off and on to the the apple logo) and it will boot in games for you. I think the prob i had was that there was a bit of a lag, kinda like when windows does an update, it needs a restart.

Colour of the application window changes sometime and there are some strong white shadows around some of the input fields, but other than that, it does what it does well.
