Questions must be understandable, concise and must ask for a technical solution or some technical information. You could ask questions about dating though you are unlikely to get any useful advice. The ZOLVED gurus are technical experts and understandably will not have any 'usable' dating tips.

So be specific. A question with too few technical details (lacking model names or configurations) or too much personal detail (like mom's cat's name or star sign) will not get specific answers. Some good questions to ask are:

1. I bought a Nano 4GB, dowloaded over 400 songs and accidentally set the language to Chinese. How do I re-set it to English without losing my songs?
2. How can I transfer memory of my xbox to memory card?
3. I do not use my cell phone or digital camera very often. Is it okay to leave them plugged in and recharging when not in use?
