A friend uses Comcast email. Her email Time (when her emails are sent) is different than her system clock. How can we fix it? SEE EXAMPLE Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2009 04:43:39 +0000 (UTC) Subject: is it right? Message-ID: Received: from mx02.dca.untd.com (mx02.dca.untd.com [10.171.44.32]) by maildeliver03.vgs.untd.com with SMTP id AABFPXHH5A3GFWPJ for (I deleted this portion) Sat, 17 Oct 2009 21:43:40 -0700 (PDT) Configuration: I think it's an E machine. There's nothing wrong with it, the date is in UTC, as it should be. The receiving client should translate it to the recipient's time zone. If it doesn't, the email client is non-compliant. (It's a bug on your side.)
If it's showing up in webmail wrong, you might need to set your time zone in your webmail preferences. She also might need to set it in hers. Any offline client should pick it up from your PC.
