Zolved - using CD ( S) i installed band-in-a-box music software 80G on a WD external hard drive that holds 500G because my internal hard drive is full the installation took but when i tried to do install optional real instrument files also on CD I CAN SEE THAT SOME OF THE FILES ARE INSTALLING but then the installation would stop and i would received an error message >>> ( the file name ) followed by >> an error occurred while trying to copy a file Copy Protection Error - The read failed because the sector is encrypted. and sometimes this error message >>> an error occurred while trying to copy a file the request could not be performed because of an I / O device error. i have informed both the makers of band in the box and WD but both saying the issue is with the other party NOTE: I never had this problem when i would install the software in my internal drive Configuration: PG music band-in-a-box and WD Western Digital external hard drive History: just bought NEW
