Zolved - Recently, my computer began running extremely slow. First, I ran both a virus and spyware scan, but neither came up with anything. If the hardware is the same - check the correctness of the cable panels to HDD

Check whether still on DMA mode, if an AV program in the background, this lag-windows

and are solved reinstalling AV program.
