Recently, my computer began running extremely slow. First, I ran both a virus and spyware scan, but neither came up with anything. It takes a lot of time to start programs, but most of them run better once they have began. This has been happening for about a week now. Any help? Configuration: HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook PC AMD Turion X2 Mobile Technology TL-60 3GB RAM 32 bit operating system Windows Vista Operating System. History: My laptop is around 1 year old now, I recently moved and now use a wireless router rather than a wired in one. However, for about the first 3 weeks I had no problems. I installed CA Antivirus over the summer and recently installed CA Malware protection recently when I ran both of the scans. |
