Question

My iPod doesn't show up in itunes. I can't update it, or even restore it.

Configuration: I don't know what generation iPod I have. It says on it Model No. A1136,
EMC No.2065, Serial No. 8K636ZR9V9P.

History: Just installed itunes 9.0.2, but I had been been having problems updating the iPod before this.
