Question

I have iphone 3g and it is freezing on startup I get the apple insignia but then I get the shutinging down timer come on over it and I have tried to reset phone by turn off and the bottom button as well but it still does the same

Configuration: iphone 3g 8 gig with 3.12 update on it

History: brand new
