Question

i have a new hp laptop and its only 2 months old with windows vista, when i close windows explorer or try to download anything it closes windows explorer and trys to find a solution for the problem but no solution is found and it restarts back to my homepage. I can't download any files at all

Configuration: hp pavilion dv6780se special edition windows vista

History: brand new ( 2 months old )
