Question

I am using Zune software. I get an Exception Processing Message 0x00000013 Parameters 0x000007FEFD7C7240 0X0000000000000004 0X000007FEFD7C7240 0X000007FEFD7D7240. After clicking it many times it goes away only to come right back. I have Vista. Please Help!

Configuration: Zune and Vista

History: got a new computer. installed Zune and this is what happened
