ye dude atleast u r lucky that your itunes recognises your bloody ipod. Mine is totally trashed up and i have only had for 2 months. Its grand spanking new and i dont have a clue what to do. But i might ask for a refund or get it fixed by apple. I would suggest the same for you as well mate.
