Question

when i connect my xbox 360 to my cable modem, it says ip test failed when i try to connect to Live. how do i fix this?

Configuration: it's an xbox 360 from 2008 i got it around christmas time

History: so far, ive only played a few games on it

    What is the OS you have and whether is it 32bit or 64bit OS?

      well i got the IP test confirmed now its the DNS test. all i had to do was enter my protocol address in the Xbox live settings
