My Camcorder VP-D363i Will Not Power On

• Be sure the battery is connected properly.  
• Remove and replace the battery.
• Connect the power adapter and ensure the battery is fully charged.

* * The battery pack may be fully exhausted and require replacement.  To ensure the life of your battery, be sure to remove it each time you are finished using the camcorder.
