After Installing My Camcorder VP-D363i With Windows XP, My PC Continuously Reboots On Its Own.
If after installing your camcorder in XP, the computer is Rebooting on its own, the you must get a Windows update.
If after installing your camcorder in XP, the computer is Rebooting on its own, the you must get a Windows update.
This is NOT a Samsung Issue. It is a known Microsoft issue with XP. Run a Windows Update and download the update marked: KB822603, USB 1.1 & 2.0 update.
This will fix the issue of rebooting. Reinstallation of device drivers may be necessary.
