Can I use my Canon Elura 100 camcorder as a webcam?

The following digital video (DV) camcorders can be used as a webcam:

  • MV600-series
  • MVX2i
  • MVX3i
  • MVX100i
  • MVX150i
  • MVX10i
  • MV700-series
  • MVX200(i), MVX250i

Note:

  • You have to operate Windows XP to be able to use the above digital video (DV) camcorders as a webcam via the USB/IEEE-1394 terminal.
  • When installing an analogue video capture card and using Windows 98(SE), Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows XP, all Canon camcorders available can be used as webcam.
