What is scheduled maintenance for and when will it be performed on Comcast Servers?

Scheduled maintenance will allow us to fine-tune and make enhancements to our products and services in an effort to provide you with the best high-speed Internet service available. It will be performed as needed, and typically when the Internet usage is at its lowest - between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. EST.
