Changing password for Comcast Home Networking gateway.

How do I change the password for my Comcast Home Networking gateway?

  1. Select the Change Password link from the main page of your Comcast Home Networking gateway interface

  2. Select the Change Password link that appears on the right side of the Comcast Home Networking interface

  3. Enter your current password in the Current Password: field, and then enter what you would like your password to be changed to in both the New Password: and Retype New Password to Confirm: fields. Note that the password is case sensitive and must be between 4 to 8 alphanumeric characters. It does not have to be the same as your Comcast.net e-mail password.
  4. Click Apply to finish.
