What should I know about my Comcast installation?

Below is a list of items you should know about your Comcast installation:

• All TVs and computers must be in your home at the time of the installation
• All cable outlets must be accessible
• Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of installation and for the duration of the installation as well
• All equipment (i.e. wireless cards, modems) must be accessible
• Television sets and/or entertainment center must be at least 3-5 feet away from the wall
• All computers must meet the minimum system requirements
• The Comcast technician will arrive during the scheduled appointment window
• The installation window will generally take between two and four hours
