How do I send a Comcast Video Mail?
After you install Comcast Video Mail, open it by double-clicking the Comcast Video Mail icon on your desktop. To send a Video Mail, follow the steps outlined below.
After you install Comcast Video Mail, open it by double-clicking the Comcast Video Mail icon on your desktop. To send a Video Mail, follow the steps outlined below.
- To sign in, enter your Comcast user name and password in the provided spaces. If you wish to save your user name and password so that you don't have to enter it every time you use Comcast Video Mail, place a check in the box labelled Sign in automatically. Click the Sign in button to continue.

Click to enlarge - A countdown begins, allowing you to know exactly when the recording will start.
Click to enlarge - Smile! You're on camera - say hello, tell your recipient(s) how you're doing, show them your latest home improvement.You have 45 seconds of recording time per Video Mail message, so don't feel rushed. When you're done, click the Stop button.
Click to enlarge - To watch (and listen) to your Video Mail before you send it, click the Preview button. If youdecide you're not happy with that message, just click Record and try again. When you're satisfied, click Next to continue.
Click to enlarge - In the To: field, enter the address(es) you wish to send the Video Mail to. If you wish to send your message to multiple recipients, separate the addresses by a comma ( , ) or a semicolon ( ; ). Give your Video Mail a subject, and enter in a brief message in the space provided.Click the Send button to send your Video Mail.
Click to enlarge - If you wish to send the message to additional receipents, click the Back button. To compose a new Video Mail, click Next and start again.
