  1. Select Start and then Control Panel


  2. Select Add or Remove Programs


  3. Select Remove a program


  4. ocate Comcast Video Mail in the list of installed programs. Select Comcast Video Mail and then click the Change/Remove button.

    5. Click to enlarge

  5. Select Automatic for the uninstall method and then click Next. After this process has completed you will be returned to the list of installed programs - note that Comcast Video Mail is no longer in this list.
