Comcast Webmail using wrong address when sending video mail.
When I send a Video Mail via Comcast Webmail, it sends using the wrong address. Why?
When you sign in to Comcast Webmail and click the Video Mail icon, the Video Mail application will launch. If youhave Video Mail set to automatically sign in, that means you could be signing in to Video Mail with a different user name and password than the one you used to sign in to Comcast Webmail.

If youhave Video Mail set to automatically sign in, that means you could be signing in to Video Mail with a different user name and password than the one you used to sign in to Comcast Webmail. To change this behavior, follow the instructions outlined below.
- Open Video Mail and select the Options button.
- Click Sign Out
- Click Yes when you receive the confirmation prompt.
- Now select the Sign In button, and enter your user name and password in the space provided. This time, make sure that Sign in automatically is not selected. This will ensure that each time you open Comcast Video Mail, you will be asked to sign in, and at that point you can make sure you're signing in with the correct user name.
