Manual Solution

  1. Open Eudora.
  2. Click on Tools at the top of the window.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Ensure that the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail server addresses are correct, then click on Checking Mail on the left.
  5. Ensure the Mail server address is correct and the Login Name is correct, then click Incoming Mail on the left.
  6. Make sure the Server configuration is set to POP and the Authentication style is set to Passwords, then click Sending Mail on the left. Click Here to find your Server Name.
  7. Verify the Return address is correct and the SMTP server is correct. Click Here to find your Server Name.
  8. Click OK when finished.
