Manual Solution
- Click on Tools at the top of the window.
- Click on Accounts.
- Click on Add on the right side of the Mail Accounts screen.
- Click Next on the screen that opens.
- Type in Your name and your email address and click Next.
- Type in the Incoming mail server address and the Outgoing mail server address, then click Next.
- Enter your Username and Password and then click Next.
- Click Finish to complete the setup.
