Primary Email Address and Primary Username:
- The primary email address is the first email address received when signing up with Cox High Speed Internet.
- The primary Username is the first part of the primary email address before the "@cox.net".
Example:
If Jane123@cox.net is the primary email address, then
Jane123 is the primary Username.
Secondary Email Addresses and Secondary Usernames:
- The secondary email address is any email address created after the primary email address has been established. Cox High Speed Internet customers are allowed to create up to six additional email addresses, which are collectively referred to as secondary email addresses.
- The secondary Username is the first part of the secondary email address before the "@cox.net".
Example:
- If Jane456@cox.net is the secondary email address, then
- Jane456 is the secondary Username.
