To configure Netscape 6.x for Windows follow the below steps.

1. Open Netscape.
2. Select Tasks, Click Mail & Newsgroups.
   
3. The Email Wizard should begin: Select ISP or email provider, Click the Next.
   
4. Identity screen: Fill out the following information.
   • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear on messages you send
   • E-mail Address: Type your full email address (Example, JaneDoe@cox.net)
   • Click Next
5. Server Information: Fill out the following information.
   • Server Type: Select POP
   • Server Name (POP3): Type your incoming e-mail server
   • Server Name (SMTP): Type your outgoing e-mail server
   • Click Next
     
     
     
6. User Name Screen: Enter the name portion of your e-mail address (everything before @cox.net) all lowercase, Click Next.
7. Account Name Screen: Type Cox Email, Click Next.
8. At the Congratulations screen click Finish

Congratulations you have setup your Email service!
