Steps to take to edit an email account in Netscape 6. Note: Before completing the below steps you will need your email address and password.

1. Open Netscape.
2. Click Tasks at the top of the window.
3. Click Mail & Newsgroups.
4. Highlight your Cox email address on the left side of the screen and click View settings for this account.
5. Make sure Your Name and Email Address are entered correctly and click on Server Settings to the left.
6. Verify the Server Name is correct and click on Outgoing Server to the left. Click Here to find your server.
7. Verify the Server Name is correct and click OK. Click Here to find your server.
