Step Action
Launch Outlook Express
On the Tools menu, click Accounts....
In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add, and then click Mail....
In the Internet Connection Wizard dialog box, in the Display name: text box, enter your display name.
Click Next>.
In the E-mail address: text box, enter your email address.
Click Next>.
On the My incoming mail server is a... server drop-down menu, click POP3.
In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: text box, type the name of your POP (incoming) email server name. Refer to Information: Email and News Server Names for a list of incoming server names by location.

In the Outgoing mail (SMTP)server: text box, enter your SMTP (outgoing) email server name. Refer to Information: Email and News Server Names for a list of outgoing server names by location.
Click Next>.
In the Account name: and Password: text boxes, enter your account name and password.
Click Next>.
Click Finish.
