The cash back option is available for consumer BellSouth FastAccess DSL Ultra, Xtreme, or Xtreme 6.0 customers who order and receive service during the promotional period which begins January 2, 2007.

To receive the money, you must be an active subscriber at the time of reward submission.

• Simply visit www.bellsouth.com/reward at least 10 business days after you order service.
