Yes. DSL technology expands the capabilities of your existing telephone line. A DSL modem splits your single telephone line into two frequencies. FastAccess DSL Service uses one frequency to transmit data to and from your computer.  This process does not interfere with the lower frequencies used during voice transmission. As a result, FastAccess DSL Service customers can use the Internet and talk on the telephone or fax at the same time.
