What is an Unsupported Modem for BellSouth FastAccess?

Unsupported modems may be compatible with FastAccess but are not supported by our Help Desk. Therefore, any questions or problems you have with your modem will have to be referred to your modem manufacturer. If the problems with your modem cannot be solved by the manufacturer, you may need to purchase a different modem to work with your FastAccess Service.
