What is BellSouth® FastAccess® DSL professional installation and why would I need it?

Our easy-to-use, free self installation kit is the easiest way to get up and running on BellSouth® FastAccess® DSL. However, you may choose to have a technician come out to install FastAccess DSL. There are also some instances where, due to the technology in your area, professional installation may be required at your home.  The cost to have a technician professionally install FastAccess DSL is $99.95, and includes the installation of hardware (billed as a separate charge, if applicable), inside wiring, cabling, and any other materials needed for service. 

If you are a HomeNetworking Plus customer, the $99.95 charge for professional installation will cover the installation for up to 2 computers in your home. If you need additional computers connected, there is an additional charge of $50 per computer.

When you order you will be asked if you would like the free self-installation kit, or prefer professional installation.
