Do I have to pay a penalty for canceling my TiVo® service before my commitment period is over?

An early termination fee of up to $200.00 applies to your monthly TiVo Package Payment Plan if cancelled prior to the end of your commitment, except as permitted under TiVo's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.  An early termination fee of the lesser of $200.00 or the amount owed on the remaining term of your TiVo Package commitment will be charged to you.
