BellSouth Internet Service provides a central location to view and make account changes, such as changing your password. The central location can be found by selecting Manage My Account on the Customer Support top navigation bar, or, clicking on the Log In Now button located at the end of this answer.

1. Enter your Login ID and Password.

2. Click the Login button.

   

3. Click on Change Email Password.

   

4. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.

5. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password.

6. Click on Submit.

   

7. When successfully updated, "Password Successfully Updated" will be shown.
   Note: Once you have received the message stating "Password Successfully Updated" you will need to use your new password the next time you log in to check your e-mail.

   

To change your password now, click on Log In Now.
