Did the price of Dial Internet Service recently increase?

BellSouth increased the monthly price for residential BellSouth Dial Internet Service beginning May 8,2006.

Residential BellSouth® Dial Internet Service
BellSouth increased the monthly price for residential BellSouth® Dial Internet Service beginning May 8,2006. The amount of the monthly increase was $5.00, so the new monthly price for customers who bill their Dial service to their BellSouth bill is $19.95, minus any discounts for qualifying phone service.  Additional charges may apply if you use an access number that is a toll or long distance. Taxes and other fees assessed by governmental entities may apply. 

BellSouth® Dial Internet Service for Business
Beginning November 1, 2006, there will be a $6.05 increase in the basic monthly rate for BellSouth® Business Dial Internet Service. The new monthly rate will appear on your November bill, and any monthly discounts you currently receive will still apply. This price change will only apply to customers with a $14.90 basic monthly rate prior to November 1. Telephone charges for calls to dial access numbers from outside the BellSouth Internet Service calling area and taxes and other fees assessed by government entities may apply.
