Deleting messages from folders in Bellsouth Web E-mail.
How do I Delete E-mail Messages from Folders Using BellSouth Web E-mail
If your mailbox on the BellSouth server reaches capacity, you will need to delete some mail from your Web E-mail folders. The Space Used feature located in the upper left of each folder can be used to monitor your usage.

If your mailbox on the BellSouth server reaches capacity, you will need to delete some mail from your Web E-mail folders. The Space Used feature located in the upper left of each folder can be used to monitor your usage.

If your mailbox on the BellSouth server reaches capacity, you will need to delete some mail from your Web E-mail folders. The Space Used feature located in the upper left of each folder can be used to monitor your usage.
NOTE: Using this delete option only moves the message into your Trash folder. To completely delete messages, you must delete them from the Trash folder.
To delete messages from folders, do the following:
- Access and log into Web E-mail. See How To: Access Your BellSouth E-mail Using the Web.
- Click Create/Edit Folders. The Mail Folders window is displayed.
- To delete messages:
- a. To delete all the messages within a folder, click the Delete symbol (
) corresponding to that particular folder.
- To delete a specific message from a folder, click on the folder to display the messages.
- a. To delete all the messages within a folder, click the Delete symbol (
- Put a check in the box next to the message(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
