My song download from RealPlayer Music Store was interrupted. Why?
If your song download is interrupted, you can resume the download. From Music Store, click the
Manage Account link (at the top right of any Music Store page) and log in to your account.
From the
Manage Music Account page, look under
Interrupted Downloads - You have had downloads interrupted.
If the download was unsuccessful, you will see it listed here. Click the name of the track or album (or click
Download All of the above) to complete the download.
If the song you downloaded from RealPlayer Music Store has pops, skips, or snaps; crashes the RealPlayer; or plays only partially, it may help to clear out your temporary Internet files:
1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click the
Tools menu, then choose
Internet Options.
3. Click
Delete Files, and then click
OK.
This may take a while, depending on how full your Temporary Internet Files folder is.
If clearing out your Temporary Internet files via Microsoft Explorer doesn't work, try Disk Cleanup:
1. Click the Windows
Start button.
2. Go to
Programs (or
All Programs).
3. Go to
Accessories.
4. Go into
System Tools.
5. Click on
Disk Cleanup.
6. Select the
C: drive and click
OK.
7. Make sure
Temporary Internet Files is selected, and click
OK again to delete the selected locations.
