How to set up your SpeedStream 4060 modem for AT&T Yahoo! ISP?

Use thes set up instructions to make sure that your SpeedStream 4060 USB modem is set up properly.

Use the set up instructions below to make sure that your SpeedStream 4060 USB modem is set up properly. For more detailed instructions, please view the Quick Start Guide.



    1. Connect the USB Cable to the USB port at the rear of the modem.

  1. Connect the other end to the USB port on your computer.
  2. Plug the data (DSL) cable into the DSL port on the modem.
  3. Plug the other end of the cable into the phone jack, or
  4. If using a two-to-one adapter, plug the cable into the open socket, which should already be connected to the phone jack.
  5. Plug the power adapter into the power outlet and modem.

                                                        
                                        




Tips: 

  • Test the power outlet that your DSL modem is plugged into by plugging in a lamp or other electronic device to make sure the outlet is working. 
  • Check your data (DSL) or USB cables. They may be damaged and need to be replaced.
