How To Download and Install BellSouth FastAccess Help Center

To download and install Help Center, do the following:

  1. Go to www.fastaccesstools.com.
  2. Click the Download button.
  3. Select the Accept button to accept the license agreement, and begin the download of the installation files.
  4. Select the Yes button to accept the security certificate.
  5. Select Next to continue, when the BellSouth FastAccess® DSL Help Center Setup Wizard appears.
    • When the installation process begins, previous versions of Help Center are removed.
  6. When the Help Center install is complete, the Help Center Setup screen opens.
