Instructions on upgrading your 2Wire Home Portal for Parental Controls Plus
To verify or upgrade your version of the HomePortal software, do the following:
- Type http://www.homeportal.com in your browser's Address field.
- NOTE: You must do this from a computer connected to the 2Wire HomePortal.
- NOTE: You must do this from a computer connected to the 2Wire HomePortal.
- Check for available upgrades in the Upgrade Your System area and do the following:
- If no upgrades are available, See: How To: Set Up Your Parental Controls Plus Password.
- If an upgrade is available, do one of the following:
- Click HomePortal Upgrades to upgrade the software.
- On Upgrade Your System, click Upgrade to upgrade the software.
