To view or update your billing information, including price-plan changes, please have the account owner sign on with a master screen name.
To change to a new plan:
1. Go to AOL® Keyword: My Account.
2. Type the answer to the Account Security Question in the pop-up window, then click the Submit button.
3. Click the Price Plan link.
4. Click the desired price-plan option to select it, then click the Continue button.
5. Review the Price Plan: Confirm information, then click the Save button.
