How to drag E-mail from Mail View to Calendar Panel on AOL or AIM mail?
Dragging an e-mail from the Mail view to the Calendar panel allows you to quickly create an event from an e-mail. The new event will have the same name as the subject of the e-mail, with the body of the e-mail displayed as notes for the event.
Dragging an e-mail from the Mail view to the Calendar panel allows you to quickly create an event from an e-mail. The new event will have the same name as the subject of the e-mail, with the body of the e-mail displayed as notes for the event.
To drag e-mail from the Mail view to the Calendar panel:
1. On the AOL Mail or AIM Mail window, in the upper right, click the Mail button.
2. On the left, click the Calendar panel.
3. Click and hold the e-mail you wish to create the event for, drag it to the date on the Calendar panel you wish to create the event, then release the mouse button.
4. On the Edit Event or AIM Edit Event window, change any details of the event, then click the Save button.
