How to search Events and Tasks on AOL or AIM Mail?
The Calendar on AOL or AIM Mail has built in search features to help you find Events and Tasks easily and quickly. The following will guide you through using the Calendar search feature.
You may wish to print or save a copy of these instructions as this page may not remain visible as you go through the suggested steps.
To Search for Events in Calendar
The search feature searches all Events from two months behind to six months ahead of today's date.
To search for Events:
1. On the AOL Mail or AIM Mail window, in the upper right, click the Calendar button.
2. Click the Events button.
3. Next to Search, click the magnifying glass to show search criteria, then click what you wish to search for.
4. Type what you want to search for, then click the Search button.
5. Click the Cancel button to return to the entire Event list.
To Search for Tasks in Calendar
The search feature searches all Tasks from two months behind to six months ahead of today's date.
To search for Tasks:
1. On the AOL Mail or AIM Mail window, in the upper right click the Calendar button.
2. Click the Tasks button.
3. Next to Search, click the magnifying glass to show search criteria, then click what you wish to search for.
4. Type what you want to search for, then click the Search button.
5. Click the Cancel button to return to the entire Event list.
