- Insert the Network Adaptor Start-Up Disc into the PlayStation 2.
- Using the control pad, select ISP Setup.
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- Take a moment to read the End User License Agreement.
- Select Agree if you agree with the terms.
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- Select New Network Setting.
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- select I have an ISP.
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- select Broadband w/ User Name and Password.
- Using the control pad, select High Speed Connection (Cable or DSL).
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- In the User Name field, type your full EarthLink email address (e.g., johndoe@earthlink.net.)
- In the Password field, type your password.
Note: Remember, your password is case sensitive.
- In the Verify Password field, type your password again for verification.
- Select Continue.
- Press the X button on the control pad.

- The PS2 will now test your settings. Once the test is completed, select Continue.
- Press the X button on the control pad.
