Testing Outlook Express connectivity after configuration.
Connectivity test for Outlook Express.
Your Outlook Express is configured and now you want to test its connectivity. Read this to know how...

The easiest method is to send an email in Outlook Express to yourself.
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click File> New> Mail Message.
- A New Message window is displayed as shown below.

- Since you are sending the test message to yourself, you have to type your own email address in the To field.
- Type something in the Subject: field so that it will identify the topic of your message accurately and concisely. Usually, 'Test Message' would be an appropriate choice in this case.
- Type some message in the message composition area.

- Click Send.
- You will then be prompted for your password.
- Type your password in the text box labeled password.
- Click OK.
