Connect iPod to a Mac


Okay, we're getting desperate here, but it is worth a shot.
  • Try connecting your iPod to a Mac. (Sometimes an iPod does not show up on a PC but it can show up on Mac and be restored)
Note:  Finding a Mac computer might be a difficult task but you can take your iPod to an apple store and ask them to it for you.
  • Reconnect the iPod to your PC which should recognize it.
  • Reformat and Restore the iPod to be able to use again.
