When I repeat the process it shows that my ipod still has info on it (restore not working I assume) and so I repeat with the same result....PLEASE help !!!!
- I've got the same problem exactly. ipod classic 160gb, frozen on the apple logo. Forced it into disk mode and got it to restore but every time I put tracks on it and then eject it the little bugger just goes back to the apple logo whatever I do. The tracks are there - just can't do anything with it at all.
Not sure if it is because its nearly full and can't cope with that much data.

- Posted by: jolugialombo_5630 at 19 Jan 14:17 permalinki had the same issue, and the way that i solved was completely remove itunes and all his components, after i did that i dowloaded itunes and saved to the desktop and than run it in another user in the computer, after succesfully install, than i restored the equipment and it work fine, hope it works you
