iPod Not Mounting - Describe your situation



Attention: Make note of your current version of iTunes (Click Help, then About iTunes)
There are several different mounting (not recognized) problem types.  Please select one:
  1. Nothing happens when I connect my iPod
  2. My iPod doesn't appear in iTunes, but I can see it under My Computer
  3. The iPod doesn't show up in My Computer and iTunes
  4. The computer freezes when I connect my iPod
  5. My iPod is not mounting
